Can I choose my own tile?
Yes. Bring ideas or samples and we’ll talk through the material, the layout, and how it meets the rest of the room.
Do you remove the old tile?
Yes — re-tiling includes taking out the old tile and making the surface right before new tile goes in.
Is waterproofing included in a shower job?
Where the job calls for it, yes. We look at the shower during the visit and include what it needs in your written quote.
Can tile work be done in winter?
Yes. It’s indoor work, so the weather doesn’t hold it up.
What should I have ready for the visit?
A few photos of the room and any tile you like. Rough measurements help, but we’ll measure on site.
Is the estimate free?
Yes. We see the room in person, then give you a written quote before any work starts.
